David Maurer will give a presentation at the Land Use Development Board Meeting, tomorrow, August 16 in Hickory, on "Upper Level Downtown Housing." The meeting will take place from noon to 1:00 PM in the Chamber Board Room at the Catawba County Chamber of Commerce.
The presentation will address the following:

- Building code issues
- Historic tax credits
- Residential unit design considerations
