The Cooke Street Redevelopment has been named as a recipient of the 2007 Sir Walter Raleigh Award for Community Appearance.
The Sir Walter Raleigh Awards annually honor the projects and people that have made a difference to Raleigh’s appearance. Since 1983, more than 200 awards have been presented, for outstanding contributions towards enhancing the visual character, environmental, and livability of the city. This is Maurer Architecture’s 10th Sir Walter Raleigh Award.
