In our ongoing commitment to support downtown Raleigh, Maurer Architecture is the architectural consultant to the City of Raleigh’s Community Development Department. Our role includes ensuring quality construction and a consistent historic aesthetic in downtown residential redevelopment. We assist in suggesting house locations within infill and new communities and on particular lots. We work to vary house distance from the street, height, subtle style, landscaping, and exterior finishes to create cohesive communities with individual identity for homeowners.

The most recent project is Phase II of Cooke Street Development.
