Our most recent project in downtown Raleigh is making headlines! The 116-year old Martin Street building is part of the Moore Square Historic District, and plans were just approved by the Raleigh Historic Development Commission a few weeks ago.
The Raleigh Agenda article (see it here) describes the project in detail, and the renderings below show the proposed addition peeking over the roofs of adjacent buildings.
We look forward to seeing this project come to life!
15 E. Martin Street is the red brick building next to the Mecca restaurant. The proposed addition can be seen above the existing third floor.
