Demolition Underway on Walnut Street

This lovely two-story historic building is undergoing thorough renovations, expected to be completed later this year.

On the first floor the storefront will be repaired and the space will be ready for a commercial tenant to move in, with new ADA toilet rooms, a storage area, and the existing historic stairs to remain.

Upstairs the former office space will be converted to a 3-bedroom apartment, with the historic skylights and many of the original walls to remain.

All Saints Chapel 10 Year Anniversary

This year marks the 10th Anniversary of the relocation of All Saints Chapel, which was built in 1874 for the Church of the Good Shepherd.

East Street and restored to its former glory as a beautiful and open gathering space. Maurer Architecture handled the move and restoration which included the digging of a new basement and a full interior renovation.
